The fish in this group are: cameronense, obscurum, mimbon, maculatum,
halleri and several phenotypes that only go by code numbers at this time.
There is a great variety of color and markings in the different populations.
The fish are found in southern Cameroon and northern Gabon. Plant-spawners,
a little more difficult than the average plant-spawner. No particular
temperature requirements over those normally for killies. Soft, slightly
acid water preferred. Not too plentiful in the hobby today. More found among
hobbyists in Germany and Holland. Get the book "Fascination Killifish" with
the english translation from Dick Martino. It is the bible for cameronense
killies. Mwell worth the money.

Sincerely,

Peter Tirbak
