Thanks for this thread as my Aphyosemion hera have absolutely up and quit
producing period, even though they are eating the same and are getting
regular water changes, same with the AUS, and GAR of many types!!!
It depends on the species and their origin. Cool, upland fish, like
*jorgenscheeli* and the *Diapterons* might breed eagerly at that
temperature, but lowland *Chromaphyosemions* or AUS may quit until it's
warmer.
It would not surprise me if some of the South American killies, like
*Austrolebias* lay eggs under the ice. Killies are wonderfully diverse, when
you come right down to it.
