Feeding schedules and foods

In response to the heater/incubator thread, there was a response that 
mentioned better growth and development of fry with an automatic feeder 
and/or multiple-feedings. Made me wonder what other hobbyists are doing in 
that regard and whether I should feel guilty about not getting up early to 
feed my sleeping killies (I can hear the wife now.....) in addition to the PM 
regimen I've been following. (Maybe this is another reason to retire!) 

So, my question's are:
1. What are you feeding?
2. When?
