HTML

This is an experiment to see it Outlook Express will automatically turn off
HTML.  I found an option in my address book that indicates that if checked,
it will turn off HTML for all messages to this address.
Well, interesting! when I hit send, It popped up a box and ask if I wanted
HTML or plain text.  Not quite as friendly as I would have liked, but it
should stop me from forgetting and accidently sending HTML to this address.
