AKA memberships
All,
As the new membership chairman, I ask all of you to check the information
in the roster and in the online roster. If you find your name misspelled or
an incorrect address, phone, E-Mail etc. please contact me off list to get
it corrected. If you have a web site dealing with killies and would like it
listed send me the address.
Also if you do not know your password for the members only part of the web
site. Please contact me off list for this information. Just be aware that
passwords are for life, so keep your password secure and never give it out.
Never put your password in a message on killitalk always use personal E-Mail
for anything that deals with passwords.
Exchange memberships are not complicated, you simple pay the AKA dues for
say a BKA member and he in turn pays for your membership in the BKA. There
is no bank charges involved, no money conversions to worry with. Plus
exchange memberships build good relations with killie keepers around the
world.
The AKA now has a publicity person( Larry Tagrin) and if you read his
letter in the BNL. You can see that he has plans to increase AKA
memberships, you and he can be sure that I will do what I can to increase
memberships and keep the members we now have.
