 All members,

  I would suggest that anyone who has a problem or question regarding
membership or exchange memberships contact the membership chairman. For
those that don't know Joe B. has 6 days left
 in this job, after that you will deal with me.

 I am in contact with the BKA registrar, and both of us will do our best to
set up exchange memberships. At this time we are looking for members to do
exchanges.

 If you wish to do an exchange with any other foreign club, let me know and
I will try to set something up.  But keep in mind that I or any other
registrar can only do half the other half is done over there.
