This is what I'm talking about. Exchange membership now is so simple. You
pay an overseas membership in the AKA & we do the same in the BKA & bingo,
it all happens.
I'm trying to get interest in the AKA to exchange with the BKA.
I don't know, but does the AKA try to promote this?
I have held most parts of every management post of the BKA.
I'm not excluding other associations. Why don't we exchange with the DKG,
KCF etc ? (because we haven't pushed it? (sorry, but I don't know if the AKA
have tried it) No that's not right. We cannot understand the language. Now
we can. Understand our European collegues who don't speak English. Their are
a lot of good breeders here who can keep a species going in captivity). Why
has the AKA or the BKA not pushed it? This is the way forward in my view.
Sorry, but my enthusiasm takes over occaisionally.
At the end of the day we are talking about keeping a species alive in our
tanks ( that's why I joined 30 years ago). This group should bring us all
together to preserve killifish from extinction in the wild.
We are living in a great age of fishkeeping. How will it shape up in 20
years?
Let's put some discussion up here.
