Re: Membership Has Privileges
I have a couple of comments on this subject:
-RJ-, mentiones that holding out on winter months for killies is a concern.
I, on the other hand, have an advantage. During this obvious "off season"
for killies, I take the killies to the pet store I manage and get them into
the public eye. As a resident of the "Big Sky Country" of Montana, there
are many people who have never heard or know about the wonders of killies.
So, in my small part of the cold tempered climate of this planet, I expose
those who have not seen or know about killies to this wonder of fish.
Second, I concur with Joe, the new membership should think about the fact
that those non-members should see an older listing on the AKA websire while
us members should get the newest info. While it is important to expose
those new people who may become new AKA members to our sight, we must,
always support those who have been and shall be the depth and thrust of the
AKA for today and the future.
