Dear Wright,
You're wrong!! Back in our old Betta days, all of our breeders were named; 
and we tried real hard to make 'em cutesy; so much that I still remember (25 
yrs later-- and I cant't remember what I had for breakfast.) Dino, Il Duche, 
Patton, Rockefeller, Rothschild, etc etc etc., leaning most heavily, 
actually, one the Round Table.  But I do agree that Bettas are different and 
allow much more for that type of silliness; which my daughter and I hugely 
enjoyed. and the pedigrees were much more interesting.
