Hello Nonn, Holy cow!! The fish are still kickin'? I guess there is hope for them, weak fish would have gone belly up being dropped into that sollution I would imagine. I've probably killed as many fish as I've saved with it(usually the too far gone fish can't handle it). I've never made a bucket of sollution to use for several days, I've only used it in big tanks where that would not be feasable. I'm not sure if it is still effective on day 2, maybe someone else on the list would know. What you have to do though, is change half of the water in the pickle jar with water change water(or since you said you only filled it half way, just fill it up with water change water). Then change half of it again with clout sollution water, I think that comes out to being the same as how I do it. good luck, Ron
