Hello Nonn, While I have not used Clout on killies, I have used it effectively to treat Tropheus with "bloat". Clout is brutal stuff so be careful with it. Do a 50% waterchange on the first day. Dissolve the tablet(s) using the dosage on the package in a container of water and add it to the tank very slowly over a period of a few hours. The next day make a 50% water change and repeat the clout treatment. Do the same on the third day (make sure you do the water changes). The symptoms people have been discussing on this thread are very similar to tropheus bloat. good luck, Ron
