+++Club box trade+++
BAKA regularily exchanges killifish with other regional clubs through box
trades. This month, we received killifish from the Texas club (TAKO). If
you have nice fish or eggs to send back to Texas, please bring them to the
meeting, double bagged and ready to ship that night.
+++Webpage(s) of the Month+++
The subject of Dr. Cooper's program this month will be Nothobranchius. Two
excellent Notho sites on the web are Brian Watters' site on the AKA webpage
at http://www.aka.org/AKA/Gallery/Notho/Nothodoc.html and also Marc
Bellemans' site at http://users.pandora.be/marc.bellemans/index.htm
We have a special import of *elegans* group fish from Germany available
this month at the meeting. Two excellent sites showing color photos of
these beautiful Aphyosemions (which are rarely seen in our area) are the
German club's http://www.exotics.net/dkg/ag/ag_elegans.htm by Axel
Schwekendiek, and the French club's
http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/Camp/6163/us/elegans/3.htm by Anthony
Conrad.
Check 'em out.
