not eradicate entirely, no, at least not if they're MTSs (since they
burrow, nothing *eradicates* them).  Skunk loaches and yoyos can be quite
hostile if they aren't given places of shelter.  Skunks in particular need
to have a few more hideyholes than fish so that each fish can have it's own
place.  Make them sleep out in the open and they'll take it out on everyone
else.  Yoyos aren't so fussy about this (my 4 calmed down with a pair of
slate pieces leaning against the walls of the tank) and are much more
active and visible than skunks.  I have to periodically go into the tank
hunting for them to find them.  Otherwise I never see them.
