Re: AIR SUPPLY PLUMBING

Hello Mike,

I use a Sweetwater Linear Piston Air Pump (at 24" depth model SL22
delivers 1.8 cubic FEET of air/minute, $240,
http://www.aquaticeco.com) and am very satisfied. The pump is VERY QUIET
-- one does NOT hear it over the bubbling of filters!

The pump has a 1/2" outlet, so I am using 1/2" feeder pipe, then reduce
it to 1/4". If you have a very long run (as you seem to), use 3/4" line
as feeder.

Keep us appraised how your project is going.

Best,

George
