I`ve had good success building fish racks using cinder blocks and 2 by
4`s.
They can be stacked in many different combinations, and are not
permanent.
The open sides on the cinder blocks hold shoplights pretty well. And,
since i use banks of airpumps, the openings also hold all the pumps too.
