Re: Panchax Help.

Huber, in killidata, has A. panchax as a valid species, and it comes in two
flavours - A panchax panchax and A. panchax siamensis.
I'm afraid I haven't kept this fish, but if it's anything like lineatus then there
shouldn't be any problems. My lineatus were kept in a 4' mixed community with an
internal filter. They were among the most confident and up-front fish in the tank,
always first to the food, and if your hand was in the way.....well, lets just say
that it's lucky they don't have a piranhas teeth!
This is the worrying part of your posting, the fact that they are not eating.
I'd keep an eye out for bullying, or signs of disease - white stringy poo for
example!
            Hope they sort themselves out,
                                Guy.
