That's not so crazy, Mark. The book is out of print. I think Amazon located
a well-used copy for me last year at about $110. Retail was $100, when it
was in stock. It is a big, colorful "Coffee-Table"-style book, and worth a
lot, IMHO.

TFH is famous for publishing inaccurate Atlas-type books with garbled
captions, pictures the author never intended nor identified, etc. Apparently
this is that exception that proves the rule, for it is excellent in all
those areas.
