We need the guidance of Lee on this one. In the past, Ken did NOT receive any 
money for the KMI, to the best of my knowledge. He did the work and the AKA 
printed and sold the book!  Perhaps new arrangements have been made, but none 
have been publicized. By the way, Brian Watters gets NO money from the AKA 
for the tremendous amount of work he has done on editing text and adding 
accurate collection maps to the wonderful atlas, A World of Killies by 
Wildekamp. These men are true devoted hobbyists and we members of AKA owe 
them a debt of gratitude as we cannot repay them monetarily. Thanks so much, 
men, you are a couple of "jewels" and true gentlemen.
