Re: airpumps?



I use one of the dual outlet Tetra Deep Tek (96II) for my out of doors set
up and it is running abut 10 airstones in 20 gallon muck buckets to 150
gallon rubermaid stocktanks.  I suspect that if you are running for a bank
of 5 or 10 gallon tanks it should work OK, just you will do well to create
a network/distribution system composed of PVC pipes and screw in valves. I
have noticed that the PVC pipe distribution system allows much more volume
to flow and seems to relieve some of the problems with backpressure.  This
pump runs anywhere from $77-$90....
