Do you put a little food on the squares?  I sprinkle them lightly with
wheat germ, and when the food on the dirt is gone, they crawl up on the
plastic squares for me.

Of course, I can never get white worms to do this, so it's tweezers or
using a lamp to heat the soil for those for me.  If anyone has ideas how to
harvest clean  white worms, I'd be very happy.
