Help You Guys!

        How the heck do you harvest grindal worms in meaningful quantities?
I have recently started some cultures that are doing beautifully.  There are
huge numbers of worms in the dirt, but I can't seem to get more than a few
to crawl onto a baited plastic square at a time.  This amount is
insufficient to feed more than a single pair of killies.  I know there must
be a way to gather thousands at a time.  How do you do it?
