who first described melanospilus

Hi all

I'm after some taxonmic data.

Does any one know who first described melanospilus and the date 
when it was described and where the type speciemens were 
collected etc...?

Also, any one got any pictures laying around of the fish of the 
Dodoma to Ifakara locallities?
