I'll be sure to look around for that medication, though I don't know if its
available in the states.  I've also read that Tetracycline Hydrochloride is
recommended for dropsy, so perhaps it would work on this as well?  Are there
are signs to go on before it gets too advanced or is it a fast worker?  I just
hope no one else dies, but if they do i'll send them out to a pathologist.

There is a product by AZOO, antibacterial tabs which claims to be 
able to treat Mycobacteria. It does work on dropsy and other forms 
of internal bacteria infections. It might be worth a try.

Don't know if it will work here. If the fish doesn't make it then it 
would be wise to follow Barry's suggestion and send the fish to a 
pathologist. Glugea is making the rounds in the hobby and is 
becoming a serious problem to nothos keepers. We need to be 
sure as do you.
