There is a product by AZOO, antibacterial tabs which claims to be 
able to treat Mycobacteria. It does work on dropsy and other forms 
of internal bacteria infections. It might be worth a try.

Don't know if it will work here. If the fish doesn't make it then it 
would be wise to follow Barry's suggestion and send the fish to a 
pathologist. Glugea is making the rounds in the hobby and is 
becoming a serious problem to nothos keepers. We need to be 
sure as do you.
