I think one of the benefits of a website (for the FEL) is that no one need
compile the whole thing. By spreading out the work to the posters, it
should be less work for the editors of the BNL.

Where does this number come from? It's well below the national average.
Also, I suspect a big chunk of that group has access to public libraries
with access.

Just for the record: I'm not blaming anybody. Quite the contrary, I've
been really psyched to stumble in to a such a fantastic group. I've just
been doing the aquabid thing and it seems a good way to go since you
basically know that there are enough to go around when it's done so
quickly. Of course, mostly I'm just being annoyingly impatient :-).
