how do *you* acclimate fish that have been shipped?

Hey,

I'm taking a poll ( you can email if you like, I'll never tell!) on
people's acclimation protocols.

Do you:
1) dump water and fish into the tank
2) net fish out or add fish + small amount of water into tank
3) keep fish in shipping water and slowly add water via dripine or multiple
small additions of water?
4) other?
