The myth is even more entrenched among Betta folk. They got huffy at me when
I suggested they calculate the change in *water level* that would exactly
equal an approaching storm barometric pressure change, and then just use
that (an inch or so, as I remember) to induce a spawn.

Seriously, it was good info, and high time someone published it. Note that
feeding blackworms daily and the water changes are a package deal. That much
rich food can kill water quality pretty fast, IMHO. That's what gives worms
a such bad rep.
