Bob, the AKA is a volunteer organization (no one gets paid and the AKA keeps 
ALL the funds paid). If there is a problem with new members receiving their 
material, the Chairman should be informed so that corrective actions can be 
taken. On the other hand, there is often a delay with new members being 
processed quickly because the committee chairman needs helpers! How about a 
volunteer to help assimilate new members?
