Interesting that you should say that. A few Nothos have been observed
smacking themselves into the sides of glass bowls going for the worms. The
fish that took the cake in my tanks though were some Apisto. aggasizi (sp.
this time of the night). The only time they got into the 7" wide candy bowl
with the black worms was when they got knocked in there by a Cory in a
frenzy. The next day the Apisto was outside again trying to figure out how
to get in. Even those knocked in a second time (there were some "type A"
Corys in that tank) couldn't figure it out. Considering the reputation for
intelligence which cichlids have, that was surprising.
