Not really a recipe but a method a large rubbish bin about hip high you need
a large fish that has just been filleted with a bit flesh left on the back
bone. It has to be white flesh, red flesh stinks( Tuna and mackerel ). Set
the fish up so it hangs in the centre of the bin and fill the bottom with a
mixture of saw dust and bran about 6 inches and as the maggots fall of the
fish they crawl through the substrate cleaning them self in the process so
they don't smell once you harvest them.
