The only problem with using local affiiliates is that not everyone goes to
meetings or has strong contact with them.

I was wondering how much business reply cards cost.  Sending in a free,
anonymous card every six months that you get with the BNL (which every AKA
gets delivered to their door) might be a pretty painless way to get
responses.  I couldn't figure out the costs of business reply cards, but
even with regular postcards it'd cost at most $0.50 a member to do.  If the
arrive prepaid, then members have already paid for the cards they don't
send!
