Thanks for the info, Bill.

I don't think that aquarists have been "wronged" by the agreement, but
it seems like this agreement might prevent Shedd from taking advantage
of a vast and free resource, namely dedicated hobbyists.

Of course, setting up a protocol to decide who might get the extra fish
would open a whole 'nother can of worms, but members of an organization
that already has breeding protocols in place (the Killifish Conservation
Committee of the AKA) would, I think, have a better chance than the
average person off the street.

Just some thoughts.
