My tanks are much cooler than that and my rachovii are spawning 
fine. Sometimes the fish just don't want to spawn in the containers. 
I don't know why this but it just happens. If you are desperate for 
eggs get a fish bowl or two and line the bottom with peat and then 
spawn the fish the hard way. They will have no choice but to 
spawn in the peat then. 

Last year I lost my sp. Caprivi, Mansa, Kilombero and annenctens 
due to this. I didn't react fast enough to spawn them in a bowl.
