more hatching questions
Hey, me again!
I have some Aphy. striatum eggs that are eyed up and hatching at a rate of
1 a day (out of 17) for the past few days. I suppose this is normal that
the fry don't grow fast enough for a weeks difference to make one a meal
for the other?
Second, how long does it take for eggs to die if they eye up but don't hatch?
Third, since they were eyed up, I thought I'd try a couple of hours of CO2
forcing, which resulted on one hatching each time. How long does one
generally carry them around in the pocket for? Thanks,
Doug
