Bam-a-flavine is simply a trade name for an acriflavine solution.  A number 
of online suppliers have this product.  One caution, this is a very strong 
substance.  I put a few drops (3-5) in a pint bottle and fill it up with 
water.  I then use about 10-20% of this solution in plain water to incubate 
eggs.
