First off Tom, I'd like to complement you on your Killienutz Page. Well
done and very meaningful data. Just wanted you to know that all the time
you have devoted to this work is appreciated and I'm looking forward to its
growth.

I would agree that there are a number of elegans group species in the US,
but we have lost many of them over the years such as schioetzi Mindouli (if
in fact it was a schioetzi). I think that the very recent collection CI96
of lefeniense is gone. And the list goes on, some of them only recently
collected.

I have Madimba and there are a number of the breeders in the Mid-west that
had this pop. as recently as 2 years ago. This has been a much misnamed
fish here in the US. It was also sold as Naoimba, Mabimba and who knows
what else. There may also be another pop. the old sp. Epoma RPC91/1. It
was here as recently as '98.

I have a lamberti TDK 97/17, however for all practical purposes I think that
I'm going to loose them. I cannot get the second generation to spawn and I
have already lost the parents.
