RE: A. lineatus
Hi Kat
Another reason it may not work. The stress of having the A. lineatus in
there would leave them more susceptible to parasites or diseases. You would
also have to put a lot food in the tank for the australe to have a chance of
eating.

I have A. lineatus and Cynolebias withei in the same tank at the moment
which seems to be working out ok. The current from the filter seems to be
the only thing stressing the C. withei. The C. withei are a bottom dweller
and with A. lineatus patrolling the top all you would have to find is one
that hangs in the middle water. I have herd and read that some Rivals just
like to hang around in the middle of the tank, I have never owned any Rivals
so this is just hearsay.
