Re: Otocinclus

Otocinclus are about the best algae cleaners for killie tanks, being small &
non-aggressive( my experience anyway).
They come from South America (not China).
Now why do you want to let some fish gobble up all that lovely algae?
We feed it to our brine shrimp via wiping it off the glass with a sponge &
squeezing it into the bs tank. Bio-encapsulation in it's simplest form.
Interesting using Kuhli Loaches, never tried them. Do they eat Notho' eggs
buried in sand? I know Kuhli's love to burrow.
I have a wild pair of Epiplatys fasciatus collected near Conakry knocking
out hundreds of eggs. If anybody wants a few eggs contact me off list. No
charge just postage. I can send a photo if interested.
The last time I had them I sent them all over the world but a few years
later they were not around.
If someone is willing to keep them for a couple of years I will gladly send
them free of charge.
Hey guys, if I'm swamped with takers give me a little time.
