How about you offer another group of choices:

Support BOTH electronic mail and USPS delivered mail, BUT include an option
for the members to choose from:

1.) E-mail only            Those members (like myself) who don't mind an e-mail
version
                                   will choose this choice. Hopefully it will
save a few cents too.

2.) Mail only                For those who don't have computers or those you
dislike e-mail
                                   or for whatever other reason you can come up
with will pick this 1.

3.) BOTH                    Satisfies both worlds.

If a form was set up to take in names and info on these choices the data could
be used to save some cost, paper, resources, etc.
