RE: March BNL apparently damaged in route.

I must be really lucky... Since I joined at the end of last year, I have yet
to receive a single BNL that was torn or marked up.  I receive my March BNL
about two weeks ago (a couple of days before all the emails started
concerning it being late.)  When people started talking about how their
BNL's were messed up, I went and took a second look at mine and it couldn't
be in better condition if it was hand delivered to me.  I don't know where
the BNL's are mailed out of, but maybe it is not the originating PO that is
messing them up but rather some other sorter along the way.  BTW, I am in
Madison,WI.
