I had that problem when I contacted them for my article.  It's a small operation that primarily markets to the aquaculture trade via direct sales.  They are not very experienced in the retail aquarium hobby business, hence the spotty nature of their distibutorships (few and far between with no easy way of locating them.  The pricing varies too.  The distributor they have are fine folks, some we know personally.  I am aware of three that sell the product Jeff Magnus (jmag at elknet_net), Jon van Rompu (jvanrompu at aol_com) & John Maier a.k.a. JEHMCO (sales at jehmco_com).  I also know of someone that has bought case lots directly from Argent with good service.

BTW, I do not sell the product nor do I receive any compensation from Argent or their distributors.  I only wrote the article for the benifit of hobbyists.
