Question about encapsulated brine shrimp eggs

I'd appreciate any and all response to the following-

In browsing various websites on brine shrimp and bs supplements, I saw an 
advertisement for "decapsulated brine shrimp eggs" that can be feed directly 
to your fish/fry and supposedly are even more nutritous than hatched bs.  The 
cost was $16 per pound.

Is this a viable option for feeding fry???
