I wonder, is it possible to have an electronic version with a 'buffer'.  The
electronic version would not be accessible to everyone but the 'buffer' would be.
In the 'buffer' people could update their information, make changes, etc. and then
the person or persons keeping track of the regular roster could simply slide the
changes or corrections in the 'buffer' over to the regular roster?  Take care.
