It is good to see the interest in a new roster. Indeed, a fresh, up-to-date 
roster is necessary and very helpful. The two year interval for new Rosters 
was strictly an economic decision. The original plan was to post new members 
and renewals monthly or bimonthly in the BNL. That put the onus on the 
members to  update their  Roster. That required effort on everyone's part, 
but it could be done. Someday, when everyone is online, the Roster may be 
published online and updated immediately. The future is upon  us. 

I believe any Roster corrections should be sent to Joe Bulterman as he is
