Thanks for the info, Lee. I was becoming concerned as it was late. We have 
very little (No) control over the UPS so will simply have to accept their 
behavior. For the most part, our national mail service is fine and surpasses 
that of most countries of the world and I can speak for experience about 
service in Argentina and Belize. The Internet has proven a real boon for 
communicating with our foreign friends without the hassle of their postal 
services. Cyberspace is wide open and available -- so far.
