common names for killies?

An interesting idea.  Do you think the AKA could get in the busines of
coming up with common names?  Could be quite fun actually:  Submit ideas
for common names for the various specie and then hold a vote among members
for a list.  Then when breeders ( most of whom know about the AKA if they
aren't members) sell the fish, they can say "Yes, a red-finned  Southern
branchfish"  (Nothobranchius rubripinnis, my latin is ,well, non-existent),
or even red fin notho.  It might be a a worthy effort
