There is also the issue of download performance.  Some folks don't want to spend their connection time downloading large files.

Check with your ISP.  Many deals include several MB of web space.  If so, they can help you through the process to upload files to your space.  You dont have to know anything about web page creation.  You can simply upload the JPG file and give that as the address.

Several folks on the Apisto list have taken to using the web to upload images for list members to help ID fish.  It makes for interesting and educational threads.
