1) What should I feed Grindal worms and White Worms ? They seem to like
"Trout Chow", but I was interested if anyone had any opinions about what
produces the best yields.

2) Where is the best place to buy media for Fruit Flies ? I found a number
of different suppliers on the web. Can anyone share any experiences (good
or bad).
