Something worth a try would be to remove the dominant male for a week or
two. By then the other male and two females will have established some
"ownership" of the territory. When you reintroduce him, he may fell much
less like the "king of the hill" and get along better.
Killies raised together (even my "Fighting Gauchos") have a tendency to get
along OK. It is when strangers are introduced that territorial instincts pop
up. I'm guessing that he will be more submissive, but watch carefully as I
have been wrong before.*
