Thanks for the idea, George. But I will never take the chance with them again. It's not worth the risk of putting myself in a life threatening situation, and I'm not exaggerating. Severe respiratory attacks can spiral downwards pretty fast. My son suffered an asthma attack this past fall where his breathing capacity went down to about 50%. It took the ER staff hours of continual treatment to stabilize the attack. They then admitted him for observation overnight because his lung capacity was still very low.
If you are not allergic to them, bloodworms are an easy food source for killies, which they readily accept. But if you ever develop symptoms or believe you may be developing symptoms, get rid of them ASAP. There are too many alternatives available that taking such risks is needless.
